Live Aboard Truth Aquatics Channel Islands, Southern California

Our Ocean and You trip to the Southern Channel Islands aboard Truth Aquatics live aboard boat Conception. Annie Crawley used to work on this fleet of boats and have wanted to return for a trip to California with her dive team ever since she left. This trip is more like camping diving as we bring sleeping bags and all of our own equipment. If you are flying down to join, you can rent tanks from shore there, or maybe one of our caravans of cars can take your equipment. We will be on Conception departing at 10:00 PM on Sunday July 14th arriving at our first dive site on Monday morning. We will be dving the Southern Channel Islands including Santa Barbara Island Sea Lion Rookery, Catalina Island and Anacapa Islands. We may also dive San Clemente and others depending on conditions. We will be diving in kelp forests with bat rays, soup fin sharks, horn sharks, black sea bass as big as VW cars, and so much more. Nitrox is offered for a small fee. We will have kayaks for use on board, but you may want to rent your own or bring a SUP if you have one. These boats offer multiple dives a day, night dives and so much more. We will be having daily workshops for photography, video, marine biology and more. We live aboard the vessel and all snacks/meals are included. This is going to be a phenomenal trip. I will have many more details available including pack list, transportation, and all the small stuff for everyone coming. I need to find out who is coming so we can get equipment reserved for everyone joining this trip!
